During the summer of 2002, a new unique luxury chalet was built in the village of Praranger, Les Menuires, Alps, France . It comprises of 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms with sink, shower, toilet and sauna. This chalet is ideal for groups, offers a pleasant living room with a large sofa, an open fireplace and a dining area which can accommodate up to 26 people . On the ground floor is a wellbeing area with sauna, two showers and a rest room . The bedroms are spread over four floors and there is a room in the attic with bathroom for more privacy. The accommodation in Praranger, Les Menuires, Alps, France is set back and offers a stunning view from the bay window of the living room, the wellbeing area and bedrooms overlook the Massif, the glacier of Val Thorens, the Belleville valley, with its small mountain villages. The nearest ski lift is at 1,500m (free shuttle at about 100m). Experienced skiers can quickly get to the accommodation, which is located near the end of the piste, their day will then continue to a relaxation area and finish in front of a roaring fire in the living room.

Chalet Blom is located in the village of Praranger, 1.5 km from the ski slopes. It is 5.5 kilometres from the centre, shops and restaurants of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. This superb chalet of 190 m2 can accommodate 6 adults and 6 children. The chalet is an old barn which has been tastefully renovated in a traditional mountain style. On level 0 of the chalet, enjoy the relaxation area with its sauna and shower. Included in your stay are 2 outdoor parking spaces. Free shuttles are available to Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens.

Chalet Matangie is located in traditional Praranger village, in Les Ménuires Valley, about 1500 meters to the closest skilift. You'll find a (free) skibus stop 200 meters from the chalet. This large and comfy 3-floor chalet can accommodate up to 16 persons. It is 328 m² and offers a wellness room with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. You'll find nice services such as a fireplace, a sundeck, wifi, a ski-shoes electric dryer , a 2-car garage, a private car park for 4 cars. This lovely chalet is made of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (6 of them with hydromassage showers).

Comfortable chalet with sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and stove in the 3 Vallées area. The cosy chalet lies favorably to the skiing area yet off the touristic hustle and bustle of the large ski area. To Menuires center about 5 minutes by car. There you find shopping facilities, restaurants, supermarket, Internet Café, discotheque, modern multi-sport and wellness center, ice-skating rink, ski school and child care). The entire ski area in only a few minutes away, accessible by the free ski bus to Les Ménuires center or by car to the Bettaix chair-lift.

Magnificent house built in a Savoyard style with visible wood and stones, completely renovated and transformed into a comfortable and luxury chalet. It comprises of 7 rooms spread over three floors, one room still has the traditional arch, 4 bathrooms, a spacious and light living/dining room, a very well equipped open plan kitchen. Available after a busy day skiing is a glazed Scandinavian stove. The south facing balcony offers a panoramic view over the the mountains and the Valley of Belleville. Situated in Praranger, a traditional mountain hamlet, only 5mn via free shuttle or by car from the 3 Vallées pistes (Bettaix ski lift, return with skis on possible until Bettaix on a blue piste) and less than 5km from the resort of Les Menuires. Available in the centre are a range of shops with various boutiques, restaurants, an Irish pub, a supermarket, a cyber cafe, a nightclub, a nursery, many ski schools and a multi sports centre as well as indoor swimming pool, hammam and ice rink. A cross country skiing piste along the river Doron de Belleville is about 1km from the chalet.
