As for activities for children, your rental in Vars is located a few meters from the ESF chalet where you will find the Village des Piou-Piou which offers ski lessons supervised by ESF instructors (at an additional cost).
The winter sports resort is located only 45 km from Briançon, a city of art and history to discover during your holidays in Albane. Among the city's monuments, the fortified wall, the Trois-Têtes fort, the Salettes redoubt and the Asfeld bridge are listed as UNESCO heritage sites. These fortifications are part of the Network of major Vauban sites.
