Advantages
Location within town is excellent. Shower was excellent.
Inconveniences
The single mattress was absolutely worn out and very uncomfortable, I asked for a new one at the office but got told not possible. The linen pack was not complete (single duvet missing) and very expensive, so I had to sleep the first night under a coat !!
