Pleasant and well equiped accommodation. The two sleeping corners are well separated. Good activities for young teenagers. Next to the ski resorts : 20 mn by car.
Inconveniences
Hard and uncomfortable chairs in the dining place. Old accommodation, clean with garish colours.

Idealy located, 20 minutes away by foot from the town center and 30 minutes from the train station. Nice view of the nice lake. Pleasant bar (view) with charming lights at the evening. Possibility, with charge, to book snowshoes balad with François. Shuttle to Thollon twice a day (morning and afternoon). Bed linen incluided. A "wall-shelf" serarate the kitchen with the bedding in the 3 people studio.
Inconveniences
Difficult access to the ski resort by public transport. Expensive boat to Lausanne. Noisy, outdated residence. Lack of storage space in the bathroom. In february, no sun on the balcony.

Well situated, cheap, comfortable and lively... View at the very pleasant lake and close to the ski resorts (Thollon and Bernex), just for the pleasant change. The shops in Evian are easily accessible.
Inconveniences
Car park and dustbins a bit far from the residence.
