Our residence La Saboia B is located at the foot of the slopes, only 200 metres away from the resort centre, shops and the ski school. - PLEASE NOTE : The LA SABOIA B building has been the subject of an imminent danger measure and an ordinary danger measure taken by the Municipality of COURCHEVEL following observed disorders (movements of the seat of the building). These measures were lifted by the Municipality after the completion of the work recommended by all the expert opinions carried out on the premises. The safety of the occupants is under the responsibility of the Syndicate of Co-ownership LA SABOIA B, the latter having undertaken to set up specific surveillance measures. Consequently, the building is placed under surveillance thanks to the installation of an alarm, and it is expected that in the event of abnormal movements of the building structure, those responsible for site security will be alerted. When the alarm goes off, the occupants will be forced to evacuate the building.
