How to get to Aussois ?
BY ROAD
Via the A43 or A41 alpine motorways from Genève, Lyon, Valence, exit at Modane - Haute-Maurienne Vanoise, then on the N6 to Modane. Aussois is 7km away (D215). Depending on snow conditions, access is possible via the great alpine Mont Cenis, Iseran or Galibier cols. Aussois is 107 km away from Chambéry, 145 km away from Grenoble, 200 km away from Lyon and 110 km away from Torino.
BY PLANE
Aussois is less than 2 hours' drive away from the Lyon, Genève, Chambéry, Annecy ou Torino airports.
BY TRAIN
Aussois is 7 km away from the Modane train station. By TGV link, Aussois is 4 hours away from Paris. All through the year, fast trains and international express trains like the Paris-Rome or Lyon-Milan stop at Modane.
